Shipping and return policies
All domestic packages will be sent out via the United States Postal Service. (USPS)
Unless otherwise specified all international packages will be sent out via United States Postal Service. (USPS)
Priority International Shipping is a very reliable service and takes 6 to 10 average business days delivery to major destinations. USPS provides indemnity coverage and tracking to major destinations.
We also offer International First-Class (economy), however because it is an economy option tracking and insurance are not available. If you are ordering a large number of items or a full kit, we recommend that you choose Priority International to minimize the chance of a postal mishap.
Any duties and taxes that are associated with the country where the product is being delivered are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
All orders are packed as carefully as possible, that being said, we are human so sometimes we make mistakes. If your order is not correct please email us immediately so that we may provide you with the corrected items as well as pre-paid return shipping for the incorrect item.
If you wish to exchange or return an item within the first two weeks (14 days) of your order please email us (email@example.com) to help us process your order quickly. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, tried on, used or abused. Please consult the sizing guide to insure you order the correct sizes.
